HISTORY


The Chicken Shack was formed in 1995 with the sole purpose of having a good party with the best BBQ in town.  The Chicken Shack has grown from 1,600 square feet to over 8,000 square feet. For many years The Fowl Bunch (our previous cook team) have won several awards, while balancing food excellence, an overall good time, and donating 1 MILLION dollars to the Poultry Auction! This year we are bringing in a new chef, Robert Smith, to join the Chicken Shack. Our tent looks forward to continuing with their mission by contributing all proceeds to the Poultry Auction!
